Mat Logic — Terms of Service & User Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Feed Solutions LLC ("Mat Logic," "we," "us," or "our"), the provider of the Mat Logic mobile application and website at matlogic.co and app.matlogic.co (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you are an adult (typically a parent, guardian, or coach). A minor may use the Service only through, and under the supervision of, an adult account holder who is responsible for that minor's use. If you create a linked account for a minor (for example, a wrestler login), you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained that person's verifiable consent, and you accept these Terms on the minor's behalf.
2. What Mat Logic is — and is not
Mat Logic is a record-keeping and informational tool that lets you log matches, statistics, milestones, media, and notes, and that surfaces summaries, suggestions, and automatically generated ("AI") insights based on the information you enter.
Mat Logic is not a coach, trainer, medical provider, nutritionist, athletic trainer, physician, scout, recruiter, or safety authority, and it does not provide professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the Service is coaching, training, medical, health, nutritional, safety, recruiting, or professional advice, and nothing in it should be relied upon as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.
3. Informational purposes only — no reliance
All content in the Service — including statistics, records, rankings, trends, milestones, match analysis, move suggestions, and any AI-generated text, tags, or insights — is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on the Service, including decisions about training, competition, technique, weight, health, safety, or a wrestler's participation in any activity. Always consult a qualified coach, physician, or other professional before acting on anything you see in the Service.
4. Automatically generated (AI) content
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate insights, suggestions, tags, and to read data from images you upload (for example, importing results from a screenshot). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or wrong, and it is generated automatically without human review. We make no representation that AI output is accurate, reliable, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose. Treat all AI output as a starting point to be independently verified — never as fact or advice.
5. Accuracy of information; user-entered and imported data
Much of the content in the Service is entered by you or other users, or is extracted automatically from images or third-party sources. We do not verify, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your own data. We are not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misinterpreted information in the Service.
6. Assumption of risk
Wrestling and athletic training are inherently dangerous activities that can result in serious injury or death. Mat Logic is a record-keeping tool only; it is not a training, supervision, officiating, medical, or safety product, and it plays no role in the physical conduct of any activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (and, where applicable, the minor you are responsible for) knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with wrestling, training, competition, and any related activity, and you agree that Mat Logic bears no responsibility for any injury, loss, or harm arising from those activities.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will: (a) provide accurate account information and keep your password secure; (b) use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms; (c) only upload content (including photos, video, and other athletes' information) that you have the right to upload and share; and (d) obtain any consent required from other individuals (including other athletes, parents, or guardians) before adding their information or media to the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and any linked accounts you create.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
9. Acceptable use
You may not: reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; access data that is not yours; use the Service to harass or harm others; or use automated means to scrape or overload the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting, storage, and AI providers) and may link to third-party sites or stores (such as the Apple App Store). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, statistic, or AI output is accurate or reliable.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAT LOGIC AND ITS OWNER(S), OPERATORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ANY PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mat Logic and its owner(s), operators, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any claim relating to a minor for whom you are responsible.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3–6 and 11–16) will survive.
15. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Apple App Store
If you use the iOS app, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Mat Logic only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
